Frank Naughton

Frank Naughton (B.Sc. (Pub.Ad.), B.D., M.A., M.Phil.) is a teaching associate at Kimmage DSC, lecturing in Leadership, Group Dynamics and Facilitation for both the MA programme at Kimmage DSC.
He has over twenty five years experience working with community based organisations engaged in development and learning in Ireland. He has worked for extended periods in Pakistan and Sierre Leone and for shorter terms in Tanzania and Zambia.

His area of expertise lie in leadership and facilitation. He is a staff member of Partners (Training for Transformation), an Irish-based Community Education/Development organisation. He is co-author of Partners Intercultural Companion to Training for Transformation. His interest lies in the designing of participatory learning events, story, and the promotion of intercultural learning.
