A partial scholarship worth €1500 is being offered to an Irish-based development worker and/or activist who wishes to join the Kimmage DSC MA in Development Studies programme 2016/17 starting in September. This amount will be deducted off the cost of full-time Irish/EU tuition fees.

Training Course for New IASC Guidelines on GBV

A group of almost 30 people from a number of Irish humanitarian aid organisations have just completed a 2-day training course on the New IASC Guidelines for Integrating GBV Interventions in Humanitarian Action. The guidelines were revised last year by the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC), having been originally written in 2005.
